Traffic police chief killed in Mariupol, Ukraine

The head of the local Police Department, Valery Androshchuk, has been kidnapped and the traffic police chief Viktor Sayenko has been killed in the Eastern Ukrainian city of Mariupol, RIA Novosti reports.

Mariupol is situated in the Donetsk Region, which a centre of the vehement pro-Russian rebel movement.
