Self-proclaimed Republic of Donetsk to hold referendum regardless of turnover

The self-proclaimed People's Republic of Donetsk is going to cosider the coming referendum valid regardless of turnover, the head of the Ukrainian breakaway republic's Central Electoral Commission Roman Lyagin is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

The rebels are going to hold a referendum devoted to region's official status on Sunday.
