Self-proclaimed Luhansk governor attacked

Valery Bolotov, the self-proclaimed governor of the Luhansk Oblast, was attacked at 11.00AM today, spokesman of the self-proclaimed “Luhansk People’s Republic” Vasily Nikitin said.The “governor” is being treated at a private clinic. His life is not in danger. Nikitin suspects that the attack was payback by the Kiev authorities for the announcement of the referendum results the previous day.
