Tymoshenko proposes scrapping Supreme Justice Council

Yulia Tymoshenko, a Ukrainian ex-prime minister and leader of the Fatherland Party, proposed abolishment of the Supreme Justice Council, RIA Novosti reports.

She believes that general jurisdiction courts are competent for constitutional laws.
