Dialogue on Elbrus - 2014 to be held in Nalchik

This week an international cultural forum Dialogue on Elbrus - 2014 began in Nalchik.

The event is dedicated to developing a regional youth platform for open dialogue on international cooperation, inter-ethnic and intercultural methods of public diplomacy.

The forum will end on May 16.
