“Donetsk People’s Republic” composes draft of Constitution

The “Donetsk People’s Republic” composed a draft of the Constitution yesterday. It will undergo adjustments according to interests of all parts of the population, said a spokesman of the “republic’s” press service Vitaly Ivanov, RIA Novosti reports.

He noted that organizing a referendum to adopt the Constitution was impossible at the moment.
