Terrorist attack kills 17 near Turkish-Syrian border

At least 17 people have been killed in a terrorist attack near the Turkish-Syrian border, RIA Novosti reports. The incident occurred in the settlement of Bob-es-Salam. Several women and children have been killed in the attack.
