Average marriage age increasing in Armenia

The average marriage age has increased in Armenia. According to the local UN office, the average marriage age among women is now 25.3 years and among men - 28.8 years, while in 2001 the figures were 22.8 and 26.9 years respectively.

The number of divorces is also on the increase. Within the last year they increased by 15.6 percent, Express.am reports.
