Russian president expresses condolences to Turkish PM

Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed condolences to Turkish Prime Minister over the death of 284 miners at the Soma coal mine (Manisa Province) on May 13 in a telephone conversation, Gazeta.ru reports.
