Russia will not block Twitter and Facebook

The Russian authorities have no plans to block Twitter and Facebook, representative of the Ministry for Communications Yekaterina Osadchaya says. According to her, the ministry has rebuked the head of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Information (Roskomnadzor), Maksim Ksenzov, who has recently said that such move could be made easily.
