Three militants killed in Kabardino-Balkaria’s Baksansky District

Two militants and a militant leader responsible for murders of civilians and law enforcers, including three police officers, have been neutralized in the Baksansky Districts of Kabardino-Balkaria, RIA Novosti reports.

The police found weapons and ammo, an improvised bomb equivalent to over 3kg of TNT containing projectiles.

The counter-terrorism operation regime was imposed on Dygulybey (Baksansky District, Kabardino-Balkaria) yesterday. The police started searching for militants after the Saturday incident when the law enforcers had killed two militants. One militant had escaped back then.
