Moscow and Baku to hold consultations on Caspian problems

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and Russian Special Presidential Envoy for Delimitation and Demarcation of Borders Igor Bratchikov will start bilateral consultations about problems of the Caspian Sea in Moscow today, APA reports.

The consultations will continue for two days.
