Evgeny Fyodorov: Ukrainian events may cause political reforms in Russia

The member of the State Duma committee for budget and taxes thinks that Ukrainian events can cause political reforms in Russia. According to him,  the US considers Ukraine as a foothold to put pressure on Russia in the future.
