Ukraine's Poroshenko says constitutional reform may be held only after elections

According to Ukrainian presidential candidate Petro Poroshenko, constitutional reform may be carried out only after the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections,

"Constitutional reform is impossible now. This reform cannot be carried out, as no party has a constitutional majority in parliament. There is no president. How can one carry out such reform in these circumstances?" Poroshenko is quoted as saying.
