Defense minister says Russia should replace foreign technologies

Russian Minister of Defense Sergey Shoygu says the country should replace foreign technologies with its own ones. "The development of military science and its rapid implementation is crucial for establishing a successful defense system," Shoygu is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
