It doesn't matter to Russia who wins the upcoming presidential elections in Ukraine, the head of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, said.

He says that the future president should be acceptable to the Ukrainian people. As for future development of Russian-Ukrainian relations in the post-election period, Sergei Lavrov stressed that “we will judge the concrete measures of the person who is elected Ukrainian President, if the elections are free and fair.”
