Vasiliy Sokolov: “Preventive measures are important in the fight against terrorism”

Chief expert of the directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vasiliy Sokolov spoke about anonymous threats of terrorist attacks and about the importance of preventive measures in the fight against any types of terrorism. Amendments to federal legislation come into force soon, strengthening responsibility for obviously untrue reports about terrorist acts.
