"Against all" returns to ballots in local elections

The State Duma has adopted in the final reading a bill returning the "against all" option to the ballots in local elections.

"Against all" disappeared from ballots in Russia in 2006 in elections at all levels, RIA Novosti reports.

Elections will be declared invalid if more voters vote against all, than for one of the candidates.
