Turkish FM welcomes US Vice President's visit to Cyprus

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has welcomed US Vice President Joseph Biden's visit to Cyprus as "historic," Azerbaijani news agency Trend reports.

"We believe it was a positive move. It shows an unbiased approach to all parties involved in the dispute," Davutoglu is quoted as saying.
