UN commission to continue operation in Syria after June 30

The special commission of the United Nations and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) is going to continue its operation in Syria after June 30, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon says. On this day Syria is set to destroy all its chemical weapons.

The body will make sure that there are no chemical weapons left in the country, the official explains.
