Azerbaijani president signs amnesty for 171 people

Today, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has pardoned 171 people: 157 convicts, two people with suspended sentences, one sentenced to do community work, 11 fined, Trend reports.

The amnesty list includes 13 Iranians, one Turkmen, one Afghani and a Belarusian.
