Kharkov mayor to return to Ukraine

Kharkov Mayor Gennady Kernes currently being treated in Haifa said that he will return to Ukraine as soon as his health improves, RIA Novosti reports.

Kernes noted that he was still managing the city from Israel. He is in touch with his deputies, directors of communal enterprises.

Kernes was attacked on April 28. He has been under treatment since then.
