Mudslide in Darial Gorge causes traffic jams on Russian-Azerbaijani border

The mudslide that had occurred at the Darial Gorge (Georgia) over a week ago has caused traffic jams at an Azerbaijani-Russian customs office, after trucks that had been intending to enter Russia from Georgia were forced to do so from Azerbaijani territory.The Kazbegi-Verkhny Lars Customs Office is shut down at the moment. The road blocked by the mudslide will be opened in the next couple of weeks.
