President's envoy observes place of Vladikavkaz terrorist attack

Most of the people injured as a result of the terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz are in a serious condition, with ten of those in a very serious condition, the president's envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Khloponin said, RIA Novosti reports. At least 15 people are known to have died.
