Abkhaz government to start negotiations with opposition

Secretary of the Abkhaz Security Council Nugzar Ashuba said today that the state authorities were planning to start direct negotiations with opposition. The latter demands reforms, RIA Novosti reports.

The official expressed confidence that only constitutional procedures were acceptable to resolve the conflict.
