Sergei Mikheyev: “Kiev has no positive suggestions for the Southeast of Ukraine”

Political scientist Sergei Mikheyev describes the political situation in Ukraine ahead of the elections which are scheduled for May 25th. They are aimed at legitimization of the self-declared authorites. The expert says that Kiev has no positive suggestions for the Southeast of Ukraine.
