Russian parliamentary delegation to monitor Syrian elections

A delegation of Russia's Federation Council is going to leave for Syria on June 1st in order to monitor the presidential elections scheduled for June 3rd, RIA Novosti reports. The delegation is expected to include First Deputy Head of the Federation Council's Lawmaking Committee and members of the chamber Igor Morozov and Rafail Zinurov.
