Georgia condemns terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz

The Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed its condolences
over Thursday's terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz and offered Russia
help in the investigation, RIA Novosti reports. The suicide bombing
killed 17 people and injured over 100.
