Turkey and Azerbaijan discuss cooperation in sphere of high technologies

The mutual cooperation in the sphere of high technologies has been discussed by Turkish Minister of Communication Lufti Elvan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ali Abbasov. The meeting has been arranged in the framework of an international conference held in Istanbul.
