Suspected would-be suicide bomber arrested in Dagestan

A 24-year old man has been arrested in the Khasavyurt region of
Dagestan on suspicion of planning a suicide bombing. Sultan Zakriyev,
24, confessed that he was planning a terrorist attack on September 10
during celebrations of Eid al-Fitr in his village, ITAR-TASS reports.

Police found an explosive belt and Zakriyev also said he had involved
a teenager in the plot.
