Russia grants 246 million rubles for CIS humanitarian programs

The Russian government has donated 246 million rubles to the CIS Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund, RIA Novosti reports.

The Fund was founded in 2007 to develop the common humanitarian space and intercultural dialogue via education, science, culture, mass communication, information, sports, tourism and collaboration with the youth.
