British queen promises to help Russia and Ukraine normalize relations

British Queen Elizabeth II said in her annual speech to parliament that the UK will do its best to make peace between Russia and Ukraine, and enforce peace and security on European borders.

She noted that stabilization of Ukrainian-Russian relations will be based on respect for territorial integrity, sovereignty and international law.
