PACE chairman expresses condolences to Russian people and authorities

The chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe,
Mevlut Cavusoglu, is shocked by the terrorist act in Vladikavkaz. He
expressed his condolences today to his Russian counterparts Boris
Gryzlov, speaker of the Russian Parliament, and Sergey Mironov,
speaker of the Federation Council, RIA Novosti reports. Cavusoglu also
expressed condolences on behalf of the Assembly to the families of
those who died in the act.
