Georgia to adopt socio-economic development strategy

 

The Georgian government plans to adopt the Georgia 2020 socio-economic development strategy. Minister for Economy Georgy Kvirikashvili said that the strategy had been completed in February 2014 and presented to economic experts and businessmen for analysis, Georgia Online reports.According to the minister, the government is trying to realize economic policy to strengthen sustainable development in the country. The economic policy of the government encourages inclusive economic growth. The main principle of the Georgia 2020 strategy is to encourage free small-scale business in the context of a small, efficient and transparent government.
