Wholesalers marking up buckwheat prices could be charged in Kuban region

Buckwheat prices have risen 31.9% in the Kuban region in August. A
case has now been initiated against the Angstrem and Talan-Bazis
companies, due to overpricing by 60%, reports Yuga.ru.
