Elman Abdullayev to be appointed Azerbaijan's ambassador to Ethiopia

 

Commenting on his possible appointment, the Foreign Ministry spokesman told Trend that this issue is under the authority of Azerbaijani president and only the head of state can make the final decision.The diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Ethiopia were established on Nov.2, 1992.

Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry spokesman, Elman Abdullayev, can be appointed the country's ambassador to Ethiopia,writes Trend, referring to a diplomatic source.

 

Abdullayev's candidacy has already been approved by Ethiopia's Foreign Ministry.

 

He is expected to leave for the country in coming months and to enter upon his duties as an ambassador.Commenting on his possible appointment, the Foreign Ministry spokesman told Trend that this issue is under the authority of Azerbaijani president and only the head of state can make the final decision.The diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Ethiopia were established on November 2, 1992.
