New details of the police car explosion in Kabardino-Balkaria

The explosion by the 'Ural' armoured police car at 02.00 on Saturday
left several areas in the Elbrussky region of Kabardino-Balkaria
without gas, RIA Novosti reports. The driver and some passengers in
the vehicle suffered concussion. The explosion happened on the 89th
kilometer of the Prokhladny-Azau road and damaged the Elbrus-Terskol
gas pipeline.
