Former head of Kabardino-Balkarian branch of Rosneft accused of embezzlement

Former head of the Kabardino-Balkarian branch of Rosneft Valery Kardanov is accused of embezzlement, the press service of the Russian Interior Ministry reports on Wednesday.

Kardanov has reportedly embezzled 1 billion roubles.
