Georgia is still in a state of democratic transition, Freedom House says

The former Soviet republic of Georgia is still in a state of transition to a democratic political system, Freedom House says in its annual report. At the same time, the body notes that the general situation surrounding democracy in former Soviet countries changed for the worse in 2013.
