Rebels in Luhansk down Ukrainian military aircraft

Pro-Russian rebels in the Eastern Ukrainian region of Luhansk have downed a military plane with Ukrainian soldiers on board, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry reports. No one on board survived, RIA Novosti cites the statement as saying.
