Vladimirov nominated as United Russia's gubernatorial candidate in Stavropol

Acting Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov has been nominated as the ruling United Russia party's gubernatorial candidate. The gubernatorial elections are scheduled to be held in Stavropol on September 14th.
