Leonid Tibilov recognizes independence of Luhansk People's Republic

 

Leonid Tibilov recognizes independence of the Luhansk People's RepublicSouth Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has recognized the independence of the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Luhansk, RIA Novosti reports.In connection with the adoption of this decision, the president has instructed the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia to hold talks on establishing diplomatic relations with the Luhansk People's Republic. 

South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has recognized the independence of the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Luhansk, RIA Novosti reports.
In connection with the adoption of this decision, the president has instructed the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia to hold talks on establishing diplomatic relations with the Luhansk People's Republic.
