Court comes to the defense of Tsarnayev

The federal court of Boston, Massachusetts, came to the defense of the suspect in organizing and committing the terrorist attack in the city in April 2013, Johar Tsarnayev, and pointed out the unacceptable nature of the prosecution’s position on certain issues.

For example, Judge George O’Toole didn’t accept the intention of the prosecution to use an accusation of high treason as an argument for the death penalty for Tsarnayev.
