Russia returns its forces to Ukrainian border

Russia has sent troops to the Ukrainian border, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu is quoted as saying by RBC. The remarks were made at a meeting of the State Duma held behind closed doors.

According to the minister, the decision was made because Nato has enhanced its presence in Eastern Europe.
