Armenian scientists and tutors to see no salary rises

The new system of forming salaries of state employees of Armenia won’t touch on employees of institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia or tutors.

The chairman of the National Council Commission for Social Affairs, Akop Akopyan, said that their salaries are regulated by the law on the budget, i.e. an increase is not required.

The new system begins its operation on July 1st, 2014.
