Number of Georgian residents who lost energy supply doubled

The number of Georgian residents without electricity has doubled in the last few hours, due to strong winds in western Georgia. Over 93 thousand residents are now without power, Interfax cites a spokesman of the "Energo-Pro Georgia" company.

"The stormy winds are not going to drop and new transmission facilities are being damaged," said the representative of the company.
