Mustafayev says Russian-Azerbaijani forum will strengthen mutual cooperation

 

According to the Minister of Economy and Industry of Azerbaijan, Shakhin Mustafayev, the fifth Azerbaijani-Russian interregional forum, which has opened today in Gabala, is an important event in bilateral cooperation."The forum plays an important role in strengthening the interregional communications between the two countries. Over 300 people are part of the Russian delegation," Interfax Azerbaijan quotes the minister.He noted that in recent years $1.8 billion has been invested from Russia into the economy of Azerbaijan, and direct investment into the economy of Russia from Azerbaijan have amounted to more than $250 million."We are interested in further expansion of bilateral trade and economic relations," Mustafayev emphasized.
