Russian students to study abroad for free

The head of the Department for Information and Regional Policy of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, Anna Usachyova, reported that a program called “Global Education”, enabling Russian students to study for free at the best foreign universities, including Oxford and Cambridge, is going to be launched in 2014.

At the moment the supervisory board of the program is being formed. Soon the participants in the program will be chosen.
