Ramazan begins on June 28thToday the Caucasus Muslim Directorate has published a calendar of Ramazan month in 2014. The first day is June 28th. Ed al-Fitr is celebrated on July 28-29th.Fasting is one of five pillars of Islam. If a Muslim cannot fast because of old age or bad health, he has to feed a poor person each day of the fast.
