EU aid to Syrian refugees is ineffective, Turkish PM says

The humanitarian aid the European Union is providing to Syrian refugees is ineffective, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan says. There are now around 1 million Syrian refugees in Turkey.
